Crazy Frog AI: what is this trend, exactly?
Updated:
Short answer
In October 2026 TikTok filled up with clips of someone hunched in mid-air, fists forward on handlebars that are not there, speeding along a highway to a 2005 dance track while police hoverbikes pursue. That stance comes from a ringtone cartoon of the 2000s. Tip Toe AI turns your own picture into an AI take on it.

Roots of the pose
A 2000s cartoon creature owns this stance. Its story: a 1997 recording that mimicked a two-stroke moped, a CGI animation in 2003, then a 2005 single that topped the charts in over 30 countries. In the clips the bike itself is never shown.
First AI versions
Our earliest find is from 7 October 2026, with about 210,000 views: someone in a green hood, squatting on an unseen bike, with a silver car tailing them.
Between 9 and 12 October, princess and character-swap takes multiplied. The one many people then copied is from 12 October: a man in a beige suit, a police officer on a white hoverbike with red lights behind him, roughly 270,000 views. We read both view counts ourselves on 21 October 2026; they are not audited.
Constants across versions
- The rider squats in mid-air, fists forward on imaginary handlebars.
- Underneath: nothing. No bike, board or seat.
- Something follows closely, either a car or a police officer on a hoverbike.
- A backward glance, then panic as the pursuer appears.

Questions people ask
Is the frog from the cartoon actually in these videos?
No. These are AI clips of a person or pet striking the cartoon’s pose, and Tip Toe AI never generates the frog.
What date did the first AI take appear?
The earliest we found dates to 7 October 2026. Between 9 and 12 October, princess and character-swap takes followed.
Is a real person’s footage reused?
Not at all. Tip Toe AI creates fresh video from your picture and does not recycle anyone’s footage or face.
