How credits work
- 100 credits make one full video: 12 seconds, 720p, 9:16 or 16:9, no watermark.
- 100 credits ($4.90) make 1 video, 300 credits ($9.90) make 3, and 800 credits ($19.90) make 8.
- Credits never expire, and there is no subscription or automatic renewal.
- If a generation fails, its 100 credits return to your account on their own.
- Unused packs can be refunded within 7 days (see the refund policy). Credits you have already spent are not refunded.
- Previews cost nothing: every account gets 1 free 5-second preview, once for life. Credit packs also include bonus free redos of a finished full video (0, 1 and 1 for the three packs) and bonus previews (1, 1 and 2).
- Payments go through our merchant of record, Waffo Pancake, so its name may appear on your statement.
