Tip Toe AI video: the two people are the wrong way round, how do I fix it?

Roles follow the photo boxes: the first box is the Dancer who tiptoes, and the second is the Partner who gasps. If they look reversed, swap the two photos or press Swap Roles in the generator, then run the free 5-second preview to confirm before using credits.
Why it happens
- Photos in the wrong boxes: the most common cause by far.
- Unclear faces: if one face is hard to read, the model may favor the other person.
- Similar people: two people with similar hair and clothes are easier to mix up.
How to fix it
Check the labels above the boxes, swap the photos if needed and run the preview. If the pair still blends together, pick photos with different backgrounds and clothing colors. The home page generator shows the role names next to each box.

Does swapping cost anything?
No. Swapping only changes the inputs before you start a run. A run starts when you press the make button.
Can I change roles after the video is done?
No. A finished video is fixed. To change roles, start a new run with the photos swapped.
