What a credit covers
A 15-second 720p video takes 100 credits whichever options you choose, and the number of photos makes no difference. A failed render returns its credits at once. Credits are shared across every template on the site.
Refunds
If you haven't used any credits from a pack, you can ask for a refund inside 7 days. Spent credits are gone for good. Follow the steps in the refund policy.
