Can I write my own words on the Bama Bound sign, and what are the limits?
Updated:
Short answer
Yes. Choose the write-your-own option and type up to 24 characters. Use letters, numbers, spaces and ! ? ' & - . , only. The text becomes capitals automatically, and some words are blocked. Short words come out most reliably, so check the spelling in the result.

The rules
- Length: up to 24 characters, counted after extra spaces are removed.
- Characters: letters, numbers, spaces and ! ? ' & - . , only. Links, @ and # signs, emoji and quote marks are not accepted.
- Capitals: your text is turned into capitals before it goes on the sign.
- Blocked words: insults and other unsuitable words are rejected, in English, Spanish and Portuguese, so the sign can't be used to say them.
Tips for a clean sign
- Keep to two or three short words, such as I GOT IN or COLLEGE BOUND.
- Avoid long or unusual words, which video models often bend.
- Read the sign in the finished video before you post.
- School names can be typed as words, but no logos or crests appear.
If your text is refused
The generator tells you why: too long, a character that isn't allowed, or a blocked word. Change it and try again. See the fix page for the common causes.

Add one to four photos and everyone holds up the red sign, lifts it overhead and jumps. Pick the words or write your own. Nothing recurs, and the finished video has no watermark.
