Short answer
There's no subscription. You pay once for 100 credits ($9.90), 300 credits ($19.90) or 500 credits ($29.90). A full 15-second 720p video uses 100 credits, which means the starter pack makes 1. Credits never lapse.

How credits get used
Making one 15-second 720p video costs 100 credits, setting or outfit included. If a render fails the credits return immediately, and one balance covers every template on the site.
If you change your mind
A pack you haven't spent anything from can be refunded within 7 days of buying it. Credits that already became a video can't come back. The refund policy spells out the steps.
Anything else to pay?
No. Downloading is free, setting or outfit cost the same as the defaults, and there's no monthly charge. What checkout shows is the full price.

Do credits expire?
Never. They remain on your account until you use them.
Will I be billed again later?
No. A pack is a single payment and doesn't renew.
Is a refund possible?
If the pack is untouched and you're within 7 days, yes. Once credits have made a video, no.
Do failed videos use up credits?
No. When a render fails or the model rejects a photo, the credits return on their own.
