Why can't I claim my free preview?
Your account may have claimed it already, or another person on your network did within 30 days. The shared daily budget may also be exhausted; it refills at midnight UTC.
Does the preview show the whole story?
Not comfortably. It squeezes the shots into 5 seconds so you can judge the face. Only the 15-second video has room for the castle and the window at the end.
