What does a Wipe Me Down video cost, and is there a subscription?
Updated:
Short answer
Nothing recurs. A pack is one payment: 100 credits for $9.90, 300 for $19.90 or 500 for $29.90. Each full 15-second 720p video takes 100 credits, so the smallest pack covers 1. Credits stay valid forever.
What each pack buys
- $9.90 gives 100 credits, enough for 1 full videos.
- $19.90 gives 300 credits, enough for 3 full videos.
- $29.90 gives 500 credits, enough for 5 full videos.
What a credit covers
A 15-second 720p video takes 100 credits whichever options you choose, and the number of photos makes no difference. A render that fails gives its credits back immediately. Credits are shared across every template on the site.
Refunds
If you haven't used any credits from a pack, you can ask for a refund inside 7 days. Spent credits are gone for good. Follow the steps in the refund policy.
Hidden extras?
None. No download fee, no surcharge for a different look, nothing monthly. The checkout total is the whole price.
Questions people ask
Do credits expire?
Never. They remain on your account until you use them.
Will I be billed again later?
No. A pack is a single payment and doesn't renew.
Is a refund possible?
If the pack is untouched and you're within 7 days, yes. Once credits have made a video, no.
Do failed videos use up credits?
No. When a render fails or the model rejects a photo, the credits return on their own.
