Bing Bing Bing Kicking: why a face changed and what to do
Updated:
Short answer
A face drifts when the model can't see it well, and in a two-subject shot each is smaller. Use sharp, bright, front-facing photos where the face or head is big, drop the sunglasses and filters, and run it again. Check that each photo is in the right box.

Why it happens
- Small subjects: in a full-length frame each has only a few pixels.
- Filters and beauty effects: the model reads a face that isn't quite yours.
- Dark or sideways photos: the model must guess half of it.
- Look-alike photos: two similar subjects can blend if they sit in the wrong boxes.
A short routine
- Choose other pictures that fit the photo guide.
- Check a bonus preview if one is available, and compare both subjects to your photos.
- Only then spend 100 credits on the full length.

Questions people ask
Did the video fail because a face changed?
No. A failed video never finishes and its credits come back automatically. A finished video with a different face counts as a normal result.
My pet's colours changed. What can I do?
Use a photo in good light where the fur and markings are easy to see, and give the two pets different colours.
Can I send several photos of one subject?
No, each character takes one photo. Pick the clearest.
Take your turn at the lens
Add two photos, or one photo twice, and you're both swinging at the camera. No subscription is involved, and the finished video carries no watermark.
