Bing Bing Bing Kicking: the kicks miss the sound, how do I fix it?
Updated:
Short answer
Most drift comes from the sound, not the video. Use the sound of the @jakeyang04 parrot clip, which ours follows, start it at second zero and cut it to the video. Each run is generated fresh, so a kick may land a few frames early or late.

Repair it in your editor
- Work with the full 12-second video, not the preview.
- Take the sound from the @jakeyang04 clip.
- Start it at the very first second and trim it to the video.
- Silence or lower the video's built-in audio.
Why it slips
Some apps start a sound at its catchiest part, versions of one sound can differ by a second, and the model improvises every swing. Line up the right character's close-up kick, around the middle of the clip, first.
Questions people ask
Does the silent download help?
Yes. Only the sound you add will play.
Is an early kick a failure?
No. The render completed normally, so no credits come back.
Will the site put the sound on for me?
No. Our file ships with its own generated audio, so you lay the trending sound over it in the app.
Take your turn at the lens
Add two photos, or one photo twice, and you're both swinging at the camera. No subscription is involved, and the finished video carries no watermark.
