  • Good light and a plain background.
  • Head and shoulders or upper body in frame.
  • A pet looking at the lens, ears and face in view.

What to avoid

  • Sunglasses, masks or hats that hide the face.
  • Heavy filters, beauty apps and mirror selfies.
  • Group photos, because the face gets too small.
  • Photos of celebrities or famous characters, which the site does not accept.
