Picking the right photo for a Crazy Frog AI video
Updated:
Short answer
Send one sharp picture of the rider (yourself, a friend or a pet), face visible and aimed at the lens. Files may be JPG, PNG or WebP, 10 MB at most, 300 to 6000 pixels on each side. Blurry, masked and group pictures do worst.

File rules
- Allowed formats: JPG, PNG and WebP.
- Size cap: 10 MB per file.
- Both width and height must be over 300 and under 6000 pixels.
- The aspect ratio (width over height) has to land between 0.4 and 2.5, so wide panoramas and narrow strips are out.
- Exactly one photo is required, showing exactly one subject.
Best-looking inputs
- Soft daylight on a face in sharp focus.
- Framing from the shoulders or chest up, eyes in view.
- Wear what you want to see on screen: the rider’s outfit is whatever your picture shows.
- Pets: get close, stay at eye level, face the lens.
- Toys and drawings: show the entire figure, clearly.
Inputs to skip
- Group pictures, since the model could lock onto the wrong face.
- Anything on the face: sunglasses, a mask, a covering hand, a thick beauty filter.
- Screenshots with interface buttons or captions over the picture.
- Frames taken from another person’s video, anyone famous, and well-known copyrighted characters.
People rules
Only upload yourself, adults who agreed, or pets, toys and drawings that belong to you. No celebrities, no minors, no adult content. Photo Consent and Acceptable Use are worth reading beforehand. Uploads are removed automatically after 14 days.
Questions people ask
Will a casual selfie do?
Yes, provided it is sharp and well lit and the entire face fits in the frame without cropping.
How do I know why a photo was refused?
Under the upload box, a message points to the problem, such as size, format or shape. Correct it and try again. Refused photos are never charged.
Should a bike or road appear in my picture?
No. Bike, highway and chase are all generated. A plain face photo is the safest bet.
