Can a cat, a dog or a friend be the star of a Ramalama video?
Updated:
Short answer
Yes. You, an adult friend who agreed, a cat, a dog or another pet can all be revealed. Animals rise onto their hind legs in a tiny copy of the costume and receive the same tilt-up. A video has one star only, so group shots are not accepted.
Possible stars
- Yourself: the original format.
- An adult friend: once they have agreed.
- A pet: cats and dogs shot head-on give the best result.
- A toy or a drawing of yours: it is animated and dressed in the costume.
Costumed animals
AI cats in outfits were the standout 2026 variation. Choose any costume and your pet wears a small version while striding to the lens. Details are on the pet page.
Why not several people?
A few popular clips show a whole group of friends walking in side by side. Here each video holds one star, so render one clip per friend and post them in a row.
Questions people ask
Is it possible to walk two pets together?
Not in one video. Send one animal per run.
May I upload a picture of a child?
No. Allowed subjects are adults who agreed, pets, and toys or drawings you own.
Does a dog come out as well as a cat?
Often, if the face is sharp and aimed at the camera. Animals are less predictable, which is a good reason to watch the preview.
