Mandem in Disguise: why the face changed and what to do
Updated:
Short answer
A face drifts when the model can't see it well, and here only the eyes show after the flash, so the first shot has to carry your identity. Use a sharp, bright, front-facing photo where the face is big, drop the sunglasses and filters, and run it again.

Why it happens
- A small face: in a full-length frame it has only a few pixels.
- Filters and beauty effects: the model reads a face that isn't quite yours.
- Dark or sideways photos: the model must guess half of it.
- The mask: only the eyes remain, so a wrong eye shape stands out.
A short routine
- Choose another picture that fits the photo guide.
- Check a bonus preview if one is available, and compare the eyes and build to your photo.
- Only then spend 100 credits on the full length.

Questions people ask
Did the video fail because the face changed?
No. A failed video never finishes and its credits come back automatically. A finished video with a different face counts as a normal result.
My eyes look a different colour. What can I do?
Use a photo in good light where your eyes are clearly visible.
Can I send several photos of one person?
No, the template takes one photo. Pick the clearest.
Flip into the disguise yourself
Add a single photo and you're the one who smiles, flashes and returns masked. No subscription is involved, and the finished video carries no watermark.
