Mandem in Disguise: some of the outfit stayed pale, what can I do?

Updated:

Short answer

Every so often the model hangs on to part of your original outfit, like pale trousers or shoes, once the flash is over. A head-to-toe photo in simple dark clothes helps, as does the default puffer jacket, the outfit we tested most. Look at a bonus preview before the full run.

Questions people ask

Does an odd outfit count as a failure?

No. A render that completed isn't a failure, which means its credits are not refunded.

Would another outfit preset do better?

Sometimes. The other outfits have had fewer test runs, so check a preview first.

Do pale clothes in my photo make this more likely?

A little. Pale or patterned clothes are harder to turn fully black, so plain dark clothes in the photo help.
