How much is a Mandem in Disguise video, and is there a subscription?
Updated:
Short answer
There's no recurring charge. Each pack is a single payment: 100 credits for $9.90, 300 for $19.90 or 500 for $29.90. A full 10-second 720p video uses 100 credits, so the smallest pack makes 1. Credits last indefinitely.
What the packs hold
- $9.90 buys 100 credits, which is 1 full videos.
- $19.90 buys 300 credits, which is 3 full videos.
- $29.90 buys 500 credits, which is 5 full videos.
What one credit does
A 10-second 720p video costs 100 credits, whatever presets you pick. A bonus 5-second preview rides along with each video you buy, and credits from a render that fails are put straight back. Every template on the site draws from the same balance.
Getting money back
Packs you haven't opened can be returned for a refund in the first 7 days. Credits already spent can't be. The refund policy walks through it.
Any extras?
No. Downloading is free of charge, presets cost nothing more, and there's no monthly fee. What checkout shows is what you pay.
Questions people ask
Do credits run out?
No. They stay on your account until you spend them.
Will you charge me again?
No. A pack is paid once and never renews itself.
Is my money refundable?
Yes, provided the pack is untouched and 7 days haven't passed. Credits that already produced a video stay spent.
What if a video fails?
You pay nothing for it. If a render fails or a photo is refused, the credits return to your balance by themselves.
Flip into the disguise yourself
Add a single photo and you're the one who smiles, flashes and returns masked. No subscription is involved, and the finished video carries no watermark.
